At Stanlion Clothing, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality suits and exceptional service. Our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines for our return and exchange process:
Ready-to-Wear Suits
- Return and Exchange Period: You may return or exchange your ready-to-wear suit within 14 days of purchase.
- Conditions Requirements: Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and include all tags and proof of purchase.
- Restocking Fee for Returns: A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.
No restocking fee applies to exchanges. - Process: To initiate a return or exchange, email info@stanlion.com with your order details. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Stanlion Clothing will cover the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the 14-day period.
- Refund Method & Timeline: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Custom Suits
- All Sales Final: Due to the personalized nature of custom garments, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Fit Adjustments: If your custom suit requires adjustments, we offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service to schedule.
- Craftsmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our quality. Should you identify a manufacturing defect, notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Storage & Abandoned Items
- Storage Period: Completed orders will be held for customer pickup or delivery coordination.
- Customer Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to contact you when your garment is ready.
- Unclaimed Items: Any item remaining in our possession for more than 90 days (3 months) after the customer has been notified will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity at our discretion. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned items.
